Member Calendar:

All guild members ranking Alumni or higher can create and post events on our calendar, which will be visible under the Member Calendar. Those events can be anything from a 5-man, battleground teams, an old-content 40-man, or any other event that one wishes to list on that calendar. Those events are separate from our official raid calendar and they will not interfere with the rest of the website.

To view this calendar in full or to add a new event, click "Calendar" on the top bar, then switch to the Member Calendar, as shown on step 1 bellow.

Then, to continue to add a new event, under "Add New Event", click "Raid or Guild Event" as shown on step "2" above.

The next window will come up, allowing you to fill out your event information.

If you click the Standard raid settings (as shown above), it'll automatically fill out the fields for you. If that's what you wish to do, do not modify the title of the event. Feel free to modify the contents in the larger description box.

If you do not wish to have signups on your event, scroll down a little further and uncheck the "Allow signups" option. Some of the Standard raid settings icons will automatically uncheck that option for you as well. You may check it back if you wish.

Once your event is created, you may copy its link location and post it in your threads so other members can signup for it. You may also set members as invited/sitout by using the menu on the bottom-right:

Simply select what you'd like to do (in the image above, its setting someone as Invited), then click the member you'd like to set. Repeat it for any other member.

Once someone is set as Invited, they will see a message saying "Invited pleyers can only be removed by an officer". You may remove someone from your event, or set them back as sitout so they can remove themselves. For so, do as if you were setting someone as invited, but using the "Remove from Raid" or "Set as Sitout" option instead, as shown bellow:

If you wish to make your event public, please post a link to it on our main forums advertising it. Remember that the Member Calendar is hidden under a submenu. It was intended to be advertised with a link on the main forums.
