looking at beatmania, and how much effort it takes to learn all those songs to the point of mastering them, id rather just learn how to play the piano.

at least with guitar hero, its like, "ok, i can pass this shit on expert, but its still easier than a real guitar"

The only reason I can play rhythm games at all is because I'm a classically trained pianist lol. Somehow it didn't end up translating that well into Beatmania though
