looks like something is trying to run a file that was deleted and/or hiding in the recycle bin... BUT you must have emptied it, which to be honest is a good things because that's some nefarious shit. I'd run a virus scan from a bootdisc if possible... if not, do a virus, adware, blah blah blah scan asap...
would also help if you weren't gay.
