Well Billy, since I would assume you are not refraining from sex until marriage, yes thats what it means. As for me, one that is waiting for my wife, it would be safe to say that the first couple months of my marriage I would be very absentminded. Then we all know that once you've been married a long time, 3 times a week is something to be proud of.
