I pop pots, and my water shield / totem is all i usually need. sometimes i also get a shad priest, our other shaman is a full regen whore, i have a secondary set for gurtogg etc(long retarded fights). basically people argue with me about regen, and i show em up by not ever having high regen and stacking heal gems.

. I'm basicly a high support class raid heals that can also mt heal every now and then. its slightly different roll on horde side from ally for shamans, or so I've heard.
the reason i have a lot of spirit in that pic is because i have a prayer of spirit buff that is also giving me about 60 or so +healing
