not eating out isn't that hard, and the caffeine isn't hard after the first few days of headaches go away (assuming you drink enough to have a dependence on it)

my guess is if you manage to keep it up for at least the first 15 days, you'll become so used to it that you won't even realize you're still doing it for the last half.
