This stuff kinda reminds me of Daggirhir (sp?) i used to do up in Rockville back in the 80's. Not sure if any of you are old enough to know or remember that.
Ok, native of DC area or MD myself i can appreciate how this guild started. Former service member USAF. Former FPS (Quake all versions), Civ, and such. I'd have to say this is the most addicting game i've ever encountered next to "Crash, Crumble, Chomp" on my old Atari 800xl. I'm old, mature but fun, and have outside family responsibilities which I consider important above all. I hope you all who do, will agree. However, I do also understand dedication to the team and will value that as well as just plain ole having fun. Other then that i really enjoy the cooperation of this game and the relationships you can develop while developing your character.
