For those of you without a beta key (like my self) you can still play starcraft 2 beta with updates and everything. Just not online only against AI.

It works. I played this afternoon. But its kinda "hacked". You can see the game, play against the PC, but there's no main menu. You use their launcher to run the game and you go straight to the map, playing a random race. I had to kill it from task manager every time to leave it. But yeah, if you wanna take a look at SC2, thats the way to go.

Yeah, I got it working too. Issues with the AI, but meh. All of the builtin AIs failed miserably (stopping after building maybe a dozen units. By the end of the day, I could beat the "cheating" hacked AI I found without too much difficulty if I was Terran.

You can try downloading new versions of the AI from the rest of the forum, they're up to ver6.1 (each time I find the AI gets a bit better and harder)
