Blizz is quickly running out of lore so they are beginning to reuse old instances.

You have slain and removed the head of ony, someone casts rez on ony, ony grows new head and gets phattyer lewts

Also, let me get this straight. Tier 2: Adventurers go face Ragnaros, and Ragnaros take their pants off. Then they head to Nefarian, and Nefarian takes their shirts off. So they go to Onyxia and she bites their heads off. Is that what happens?
