Don't PM me or use the "Contact the admin" option to get member access to our website. It is posted on top of the forums (for non-members) that they should use the "Forum Access" thread to request their access. You don't have to answer the Pledge question, just post there stating your rank. When you do it, I am emailed with 2 links automatically generated to check you on the Armory (to verify you're in the guild indeed) and to grant you access on our website.
Three of you that did message me directly have been given access, but newcommers please use our protocols to make my life easier. Any greater trouble out of the ordinary, send me a tell or send Matir a WoW mail.
