Our raid times are currently:
Tuesday: 6:45 PM - 11:15 PM Eastern Standard
Thursday: 6:45 PM - 11:15 PM Eastern Standard
Sunday: 6:45 PM - 11:15 PM Eastern Standard
If you cannot raid at least 2 out of the 3 nights, you will not be promoted to raider.
We are progressing through hardmode content and expect all raiders to meet the following expectations:
Note on Age:
- Knowledge of all current boss fights and mechanics
- Knowledge of your class, in and out, every spec you play
- Ability to listen to raid leaders and adjust in real time based on instructions
- Know the meaning of "Spread out" and "Stack up"
- Ability to not die to stupid shit
- [DPS]At least 7k dps on an average fight
- [Tanks]Know about any boss abilities that require CD usage
- [Tanks]You must be vocal on vent about taunts and other tank-like things
We prefer that applicants be over 18 years old. Raiders in high school have caused us a lot of problems in the past with parent aggro and leaving raids early. If you're under 18, this isn't a guaranteed denial, but you need to give us a good reason to take the risk of recruiting someone that might cause problems for us down the road.
Notes on Raider Status Promotions:
100% attendance and good performance will get you promoted in 2 weeks.
At least 66% attendance and good performance will get you promoted in 3-4 weeks.
Below 66% attendance will never get you promoted to a raider spot.
Notes on Performance:
If your performance does not match what we expect from our raiders, you will be made a Casual or removed from the guild depending on how much we like you. Casuals have no loot priority, but have easy access to our PuG runs, and can fill in for missing people on real runs if they so desire.
If you make Raider status, you are not guaranteed a raid spot. Invites are competitive, so you must continue to display a high level of performance to keep your spot.
Note to Friends of the Guild:
We will always invite friends of people in the guild to join as Casuals. However, being the friend of a guild member gives you no preferential treatment
when it comes to raider status.
This is the recruiting status for all classes:
*We are always searching for the best of the best. Even if the status is set at closed, feel free to put in an application. You might just impress us with a stellar application.

If you feel you meet the requirements to become a raider, please register on the website and continue reading for application instructions.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION:
Your application is not made public outside the guild. Guests to this site and other applicants can only see their own application and this announcement when they reach the Recruiting Forum.
Grammar and spelling matter. Treat this like a job application. If reading your application gives me a headache, it will make me angry and you will probably be denied.
Assume that your application and armory link are the only information that we have about you.
Don't assume we know how amazing you are - you need to show us.
If your enchants/gems/talents are bad, explain why - we've all gone stupid specs to play around, but don't expect us to know that you don't think your retarded spec is the best raiding spec ever.
Read the Guild Charter
and don't come to your first raid without knowing how to bid on loot - it slows raids down and annoys us.
After you register on our website, fill out our application form. Answer each question exactly as requested by the directions. Emphasis on exactly - from the right format to the right answer.
After being accepted into The Brotherhood, you will be on a trial membership for new members. Our loot rules for new members are: You may gain DKP, but you are not allowed to obtain any loot until you reach raider status. If you want an item, you may (and should) bid the minimum value for it, but any raider can take it from you.
When asked about the loot rules for new members on the application form, make sure you add exactly the text "I agree to the loot rules for new members of The Brotherhood." without the quotes at the very end of your answer for that question, in a new line.
Ignore the below posts. They are an old version of the above.
